Class may include games, stories, songs, rhymes, breathing techniques and singing and dancing. Child and caregiver together will enjoy stretching and creative movement with other children as they discover various age appropriate yoga poses.  Relaxed and fun!  Special pricing for participating siblings. Bring your little yogi and comfy blanket for this yoga class designed for Mama and Baby or Toddler, ages 6 weeks to 36 months. Door opens at 9:30 a.m. for play and connection with others; 45 minute class starts promptly at 9:45 a.m. (It is totally good to show up at 9:45!) Stretch, strengthen and tone while we playfully engage the little yogis through age appropriate movement and song.  Designed to connect and aid child in body awareness and balance. We’ll start slow then warm up in this morning class, no need to get them out of their PJs, just wake up and come on in.   No yoga experience necessary.  Room available 45 minutes after class for Moms and children to visit and play. No drop ins during series. Room 313.

Experience how yoga can empower you during your journey through pregnancy and into parenting, whether you’re a first time mom, or mom of many. Women in all stages of pregnancy are welcome. This class will include adapted and gentle poses and relaxation techniques that will help prepare both mom and baby for birthing, ease common prenatal aches, pains and anxiety, and deepen the bonding process.

Students practicing all levels of yoga and moms in all stages of pregnancy are welcome in this class.

Please pre-register. This is an ongoing class but we prefer you send us an email before your first class.
