In addition to the following ongoing classes IDYC offers private one on one sessions, workshops, offsite LessStress corporate classes and private yoga parties.
Most of our classes are taught in a vinyasa (flowing) style. Modifications and developmental steps for all asanas (postures) will be given so that you can enjoy working at your own pace.
Our highly trained instructors offer students a safe and gentle approach to their practice and are respectful of each students needs and limitations.

New Beginner Series a four week series of classes that are perfect for beginners or continuing students who want to learn proper alignment in postures and develop breath awareness. Yoga basics are taught to establish a foundation of safety in your practice.
Continuing Beginner is the perfect class for those who are transitioning from the BB 4-week series. This class can be taken as a four week series or ongoing class.
Gentle Level 1 an ideal class for beginners as well as experienced students who happen to like a gentler, more slower pace
Level 1 a slower paced class promoting mind, body and spirit integration through asanas (postures), vinyasa (flow), pranayama (focused breathing) and deep relaxation.
Level 1-2 a mixed level class that continues to build stamina, strength, flexibility and concentration.
Level 2 a dynamic class introducing more advanced asana (postures) as well as extended vinyasa
(flowing) sequences.
Prenatal Yoga a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy which will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, aid in digestion, improve circulation, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
Mommy and Me (ages 4 to 36 months) Come and relax your mind, body and soul with your baby and other Moms through stretching, breath focus and progressing through a gentle yoga flow. Babies and toddlers can join in on this bonding time with bouncing, songs and even some yoga stretches themselves to build motor coordination and body awareness. Moms will focus on safely re-establishing connection to your core while your little one plays by your side. In this community of Mamas, coos, giggles and baby cries are all part of the experience! You may even find yourself building a closeness with others experiencing the
throws of motherhood. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own and a blanket for your little one to play on. Don’t worry if you are going to be late, please still come!
Yoga for Toddlers/Preschoolers (ages 2 1/2 – 5 years) Building on children’s natural born ability to do yoga class flows through yoga basics in a fun and light-hearted way. Enjoy stretching, opening the breath through song and sound, practicing playful poses and winding down with some calming, resting poses. Parent or caretaker is required to stay and encouraged to participate.
Restorative Yoga emphasizes restful poses in which the body is supported with a variety of props. Restorative yoga is for all levels and is the ideal way to achieve deep relaxation and restore depleted energy.
