Getting Started

Get Ready to Feel Fabulous

You are about to understand for yourself why over 2 million people are practicing yoga and enjoying the benefits. Here are a few reminders to get you started. Wear comfortable clothing – preferably something with some stretch in the fabric. It’s best not to eat for at least an hour before class. Arrive a few minutes before the start of class to register. Don’t forget to turn off your cell phone. If you don’t own yoga mat, you may borrow  or purchase one at studio.

Yoga is for Everybody

At Inner Dance, we believe yoga is for everyone and we have a class for each of you. If you are completely new to yoga, it’s best to begin with the Beginner Basic Series or Level 1 classes. If you’d like more guidance, you can contact our yoga advisor, Debbie Stirsman who will help you to create a personal schedule.

Beginner Basic Series

The Inner Dance BBS is designed to accommodate students of all fitness levels, people with existing injuries, people who have taken a few yoga classes and people who never set foot on yoga mat. At the end of the 4-week series you’ll have a clear understanding of what to expect when you go to class and how to choose just the right class for your individual needs. To reserve a spot in our monthly BBS we would like you to pre-register by calling 937 609-9642 or emailing us at info@innerdanceyoga.com to let us know you’ll be joining us.

Note: there is no pre-registration required for classes on our regular schedule, so please visit our schedule tab to find classes that fit your lifestyle.
